Please check the specifications of your device:

• The working voltage should be 12V DC, not AC 12V or lower/higher than 12V DC.
• The maximum current your device will draw should be equal to or less than 2A, such as 0.5A, 1A, or 2A. Otherwise, your device won't work well, and the power supply will be damaged.
• The power input port of your device should have an outer diameter of 5.5mm and an inner core diameter of 2.1mm. The inner core polarity should be "+", and the exterior polarity should be "-".
